Terms of Service

We produce cinematic property visualizations, including Future Visualization, Property Lines, and Property Video Tours, based on information and materials you provide (property location, boundaries, listing photos, and project details).

1. You contact us (or we contact you) via WhatsApp or email regarding your property and desired service.
2. We confirm scope and provide a fixed quote before production begins.
3. You provide the required materials (location, boundaries, photos, etc., depending on the service).
4. We produce your video remotely and deliver it based on the package selected.
5. Every project includes one round of revisions.

Payment is processed via Stripe, or by bank transfer where requested. Pricing is confirmed before production begins and is valid at the time of quoting; pricing displayed on our website may change without notice.

Each project includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may be quoted separately. Once a house, villa, hotel, or resort concept has been selected and production has proceeded on that basis, the concept itself is not eligible for revision.

You are responsible for providing accurate property coordinates and boundary lines, as these form the base data used to produce your video. Boundary lines shown in our videos are approximate visual representations based on the information you provide, and should not be relied upon as a precise or legal survey of the property. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the final video resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or imprecise coordinates, boundaries, or other information supplied by you.

Once your project is completed and paid for, you may use your final video(s) across your own marketing channels, including property portals, websites, social media, and direct client communication.

Our services are visualization and marketing tools only. We do not provide legal, land survey, title, or zoning verification services, and our videos should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional due diligence.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our videos, including any depiction of property boundaries, complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. Requirements around boundary line disclosures, real estate marketing, and property advertising vary by country and region. We do not verify or guarantee compliance with any local, state, or national laws, and are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the video in a jurisdiction with such requirements.

While video marketing is associated with improved buyer engagement industry-wide, we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including inquiry volume, sale price, or time to sale — for any individual property or project.

Our services are provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our videos or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
