Future Ground Media ("FGM," "we," "us") is a brand of OneVisionMedia LLC, a Delaware, USA limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Directly from you, when you contact us to discuss or commission a project — typically your name, contact details, and property information (location, coordinates, boundary lines, ownership details, photos, or your vision for the property).
- From publicly available sources, such as property portals, agency websites, or listings, where agents, landowners, or developers have publicly listed their own contact information (email, WhatsApp, or phone number). We may use this publicly listed information to reach out about our services.
If you receive an outreach message from us and are not interested, you can let us know and we will not contact you again.
Payment Information
Payment is processed via Stripe, or by bank transfer where requested. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
Website Data
Our website does not use cookies, analytics, or opt-in forms. We do not track visitors or collect any information from you simply by browsing the site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as a standard part of serving the website; this data is not used by us for tracking or marketing.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you have provided, or that we have sourced from your own public listing, solely to:
- Communicate with you about our services or your project
- Produce and deliver your commissioned video
- Process payment for services rendered
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g. Stripe for payment processing).
Data Retention
We retain project-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver your project and address any follow-up requests, after which it may be deleted. If you ask us not to contact you, we retain only what's needed to honor that request.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
